Phase Two is currently being designed around a further courtyard and will comprise two 2-storey buildings of barn type appearance, in keeping with the rural theme of the business park. This will provide a further 10 business units.

The Isle of Wight Chamber will be relocating to Branstone Farm once the business park is complete. They will be the voice of the Branstone business community, working in partnership with the Isle of Wight Council to manage the office space and rental.
