Branstone Homes is the creation of affordable homes for local people here on the Isle of Wight, initially supporting the communities of Arreton, Newchurch and Winford. It will be a holistically planned and liveable community set around green open space that provides a beautiful mix of residential property. It will be developed in 2 phases. The first phase has started (February 2021) with the second phase starting in 2022 with completion planned by March 2023.

The funding from homes England for this project is a true statement of the support and recognition of this site and development. In addition the support of Vectis Housing, alongside the Isle of Wight Council to implement the creation of affordable housing for the local community sets Branstone Homes apart from traditional developments. Together we are shaping a sustainable future.

Our Homes

Vectis Housing Association are offering two, three and four bedroom Shared Ownership properties with the first phase of 16 expected early to mid 2022. Hose Rhodes Dickson New Homes department are currently building a database in readiness for when we can market the properties.
