Rainey Petrie

Began in 1990 as a multi-disciplined partnership known as Rainey Petrie Design, which expanded several times through the 1990s to include Graham Johns Associates in 1995 to become Rainey Petrie Johns Ltd.  In addition to its design focus, it developed into a specialist building consultancy able to respond to the changes in public procurement methods and legislation, particularly in relation to public buildings such as schools, courts, and public buildings. Following the retirement of Graham Johns, the practice operated as RP Design Consultants Ltd.

After Branstone Farm’s planning application was successful, the site is currently under construction, and we are proudly coordinating with the Design and Build contractor to meet the original requirements. Isle of Wight Council is considering this site as part of a wider plan for a business park and possible Biodiversity Park.
