Spring Growth Starting at Branstone Farm

Branstone Farm is bursting into life with spring around the corner, new growth starting, businesses being welcomed to the site and the next homes building phase starting.

This week there have been some gorgeous golden sunrises with clear, crisp days that show the landscape and natural environment off in a beuatiful light.

The stewardship of the biodiversity at Branstone Farm has seen new planting to enhance the ancient hedgerows of holly, evergreen and oak that will provide a wonderful natural habitat for native wildlife to flourish.

Meanwhile island organisations are taking their keys and settling in to the new business units that are environmentally-friendly and energy efficient. Providing positive work environments where teams can grow and thrive is a key success factor for enterprises.

Matt Jeffery, CEO of Brightbulb, one of the first businesses to move in, says, “Our business is growing and we need suitable high-quality office space to meet our needs and the expanding team. This move is not just about ‘square footage’ but is about providing an encouraging environment to ensure we meet our values of positive wellbeing at work for the team.”

Meanwhile, after the first residents moved in November 2022 and had their first Christmas in their new homes, the next phase of building has started and the site is bustling with the busy built-environment teams from Stoneham Construction.

Spring is looking beautiful at Branstone Farm!
